Private events

A signed agreement and a 50% deposit confirm your date. Both are handled online: you sign the agreement on your private booking page, and the deposit is paid at signing by card or ACH bank debit through Stripe Checkout. The balance is due the day of the event.

Rescheduling: outside seven days (fourteen for corporate events), we move the date with you at no cost, subject to availability.

Cancellation: outside the same window, the deposit is refunded in full. Inside it, the deposit is non-refundable. By then the farms have been ordered from, staff booked, and the date turned away from other guests.

Ticketed dinners

Seats are refundable up to seven days before the dinner. Inside seven days, we can't refund, but your seat can go to a friend. Email us their name and it's done. Individual events may state their own policy on the event page; when they do, that policy governs.

If we ever have to cancel

If Catalpa cancels an event for any reason, you receive a full refund: deposit, tickets, everything. You'll hear it from one of us personally, not from a form email.
