Who we are

This site is operated by Catalpa Chicago LLC, a Chicago private dining and events company. Questions about anything here: hello@catalpachicago.com.

Tickets and bookings

Ticket purchases and event bookings are governed by the booking & cancellation policy and, for private events, by your signed event agreement, which controls if anything here disagrees with it.

What we do

You engage Catalpa Chicago LLC for planning and service: menu design, sourcing guidance, cooking, service, staffing, and running the night. Our fee covers that work.

Beverages are the host's. Catalpa Chicago LLC holds no liquor license and does not supply alcohol. Ali will talk through what suits the menu and send a shopping list. At partner venues, the bar operates under the venue's own license.

The site itself

Content on this site (text, photography, illustrations, the stamp) belongs to Catalpa Chicago LLC and can't be reused commercially without permission. We work to keep everything here accurate (menus change with the seasons; that's the point), and we may update these terms and the site at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, the site is provided as-is, and our liability related to your use of it is limited to what you paid us. For events, the signed agreement governs. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
