What we collect

When you send an inquiry, join a waitlist, or buy a ticket, we collect what you type: your name, email, and the details of the night you're planning. That's it. No accounts, no tracking pixels, no data brokers.

Who processes it

• Stripe handles payments. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. We see the confirmation, not the card.
• Resend delivers our emails (confirmations, reminders, replies).
• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it. That includes standard server logs, bot protection (Turnstile), and privacy-first analytics that use no cookies and build no profiles.

What we keep and for how long

Inquiries and guest lists live in our booking records so we can host you well (dietary needs, past menus, the vintage you loved). Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless a signed contract or tax law requires keeping it.

Cookies

The site sets no marketing or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner. Stripe sets strictly necessary cookies during checkout.
