Our chef Bradyn Kawcak cooks an Alcovee night: one seating, five courses, a menu written for this dinner and retired after it. He introduces each course at the table, and sommelier Cedar Stoltenow (WSET Diploma) pours the wine pairings and makes the case for each one.
The table runs 7:00 to 10:00 PM somewhere in Chicago. Confirmed guests get the address; everyone else gets to wonder. Come in elevated casual, ready to talk with the chef, the sommelier, and whoever sits next to you. Read more about Alcovee at alcovee.com.
Seats start at $250 and sell through Posh, where Alcovee runs its ticketing.
Alcovee sets a chef's table in spaces that sit empty between owners: penthouses, lofts, rooms most of Chicago never sees. Michelin-trained cooks and sommeliers run the night, and the seating stays small enough that you talk with both. The address goes out to confirmed guests and no one else.
Written for this night and nowhere else.
